The new Center for Materials and Manufacturing Sciences and Center for Cosmology and Relativity are research hubs serving Troy University students, scientists, researchers, and scholars. Students active in Troy University's ROTC programs are leaders on this campus. This special group of students are training to become United States Army and Air Force officers.
